Pretty much, this movie was is about Lizzie going to Italy with Gordo, one of her best friends. Strangely enough, Miranda is on "vacation" in Mexico City, although Lalaine probably decided not to induce suicide in young children for low pay. Anyway, Lizzie is then somehow mistaken to be a pop star (which is played by Duff as well ::shudder::) named Isabella by Paolo, the star's partner in singing, (or partner in crime, same difference) and is whisked off by the italian boy to a random music studio. There they practice for opening night, which is a true disaster thanks to Isabella and Lizzie. (who are the same person?)
This movie was... are you ready for this?... mind-numbingly atrocious. Even fans of the series should stay clear. The only audience I can suggest this to are children with down syndrome. DON'T SEE IT. After seeing this movie, I was glad the show is only 30 minutes long, and I can choose whether or not to watch it.I have 2 words to describe this movie. Really depressing. Ok, so I have more than that, but that pretty much describes the horror of this chick flick. Gouging your eyes out is 5 times more fun than seeing Hilary Duff on the big screen, which is probably what you'll want to do after seeing this movie anyway.
Acting - .5/10(gave .5 point for effort)
Plot - 0/10(No plot, hints of plot resulted in brain damage and emotional scarring)
Soundtrack - 1/10(1 point for annoying catchy lyrics)
Effect on Italy's Tourism - 0/10(let's just say tourism sharply declined)
